Buenos Aires

Our main trip started and ended in Buenos Aires. On our first day we rode a local bus to the central city where we discussed the political situation in Argentina including the military disctorship of the late 1970s. We also visited the vibrant artist area of La Boca. On our last day, we visited the Parana Delta, a watery oasis just outside the central city. Due to a canceled flight I had one extra day on my own during which I visited the central synagogue and the Opera House.
